INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF REGULATION (EU) NO. 2016/679
This policy describes the procedures followed by Bluedog Srl (hereinafter the "Data Controller") regarding the processing of personal data collected through every website owned by DBC or its subsidiaries (hereinafter the "Site").
Unless otherwise specified, this policy also serves as information – pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 (hereinafter the "GDPR") – provided to those who interact with the Site (hereinafter the "User").
Detailed information on the processing of personal data is provided, where necessary, on the pages related to the individual services offered through the Site. These information notices are intended to define the limits and methods of processing personal data for each service, based on which the User may freely give consent, if necessary, and authorize the collection and subsequent processing of data.

Purposes and legal basis of processing.
Personal data collected through the Site will be processed for the management of information requests submitted by the User.
The processing of personal data for the aforementioned purpose does not require the User's consent as the processing is necessary to fulfill specific requests of the data subject pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR.
Provision of data and consequences of failure to provide it.
The provision of personal data for the above purposes is optional, and the failure to provide it will result in the sole consequence of the Data Controller's inability to manage and process the data subject's requests or to send commercial communications about its products and services.
Recipients or categories of recipients.
Personal data may be made accessible, disclosed, or communicated to the following subjects, who will be appointed by, depending on the case, as controllers or processors: - companies belonging to the group of which the Data Controller is part (parent, subsidiaries, affiliates), employees and/or collaborators in any capacity of the Data Controller and/or of companies belonging to the group of which the Data Controller is part; - public or private entities, natural or legal persons, whom the Data Controller uses to carry out activities instrumental to achieving the purpose referred to above or to whom the Data Controller is required to communicate personal data, pursuant to legal or contractual obligations. In any case, personal data will not be disclosed.
Methods of processing and storage.
Processing will be carried out by automated and/or manual means, in compliance with what is provided for by Article 32 of GDPR 2016/679 regarding security measures, by specifically appointed subjects, and in compliance with what is provided for by Article 29 of GDPR 2016/679.
Data will be stored for a period not exceeding the prescription terms of the relevant rights. The possible refusal to provide consent for processing may imply the impossibility of carrying out the requested activities.
Rights of access, cancellation, limitation, and portability.
At any time, the Data Subject may exercise, pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, the right to:
a) obtain confirmation of the existence or not of processing of personal data concerning him/her;
b) if processing is underway, obtain access to personal data and information regarding the processing as well as request a copy of the personal data;
c) obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data and the integration of incomplete personal data;
d) obtain, if one of the conditions provided for by Article 17 of GDPR exists, the deletion of personal data concerning him/her;
e) obtain, in the cases provided for by Article 18 of GDPR, the limitation of processing;
f) receive personal data concerning him/her in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and request their transmission to another data controller, if technically feasible.
Right to object.
Each data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of his/her personal data carried out for the pursuit of a legitimate interest of the Data Controllers. In the event of opposition, his/her personal data will no longer be subject to processing, unless there are legitimate reasons for processing that prevail over the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of a right in court.
Right to withdraw consent.
In case consent is required for the processing of personal data, each data subject may also withdraw consent already given at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before the withdrawal.
Right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor.
In addition, each data subject may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority if he/she believes that the rights granted to him/her by the GDPR have been violated, according to the methods indicated on the Authority's website accessible at the following address: www.garanteprivacy.it.
Updates. This Privacy Policy is subject to updates. The Data Controller therefore invites Users who wish to know the methods of processing personal data collected through the Site to visit this page periodically.
