We find ourselves in the heart of the quintessential bohemian island of the lagoon, Giudecca, where the glam of the Cipriani and Molino stucky is intertwined with new artistic currents, where the ancient and the modern coexist in an idyllic landscape. In the former Junghans area, facing the South Lagoon we enter this modern, linear building, ascending to the 1st floor, served by a convenient elevator. Crossing the threshold, light and views intersect in unison with the unique design of this property, accompanying us into the south-facing living area, where four windows and a bay window offer us a sensational view of the lagoon. We remain enchanted by the lagoon's breathtaking scenery and step out onto the small terrace, a perfect place to enjoy the most beautiful sunset in Venice. We also notice inside the cozy ceiling beams, then following a kitchen with a linear design, the light accompanies us back to the entrance. The view of the lagoon follows us into every room, moving on to a comfortable first single room, a bright and spacious bathroom with a tub, and finally the master bedroom, where you can enjoy the view of the lagoon right from your bed. This property impresses us with its incredible views, modern elegance and brightness; a white pearl between lagoon and city.

The island of Giudecca is one of Venice's best known residential areas. With its characteristic small houses and the famous Redentore church, it exudes a charm that has remained intact over time. Only a short gondola ride away from St Mark's, it was named Venice's 'garden of delights' in the 18th century.

The name 'Junghans' comes from the famous German company that founded the first Italian watch manufacturer here. In the 21st century, a profound restoration changed the destination: now in the factory buildings we can find a theatre and several residential complexes that retain the historical name of Junghans.
